We’ll use my Pause. Breathe. Listen. Know. Spark. sequence to get the energy flowing so we can. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences (or not, no requirements).
Make that anxiety go away and replace it with joy!

My spiritual awakening back in the late 1990s gave me the freedom to tear down what I finally saw as paper walls that held me back from my Self.
I began to write and recite poems to heal my wounds and then recited them to help heal those of others.
I noticed the temporary emotional chaos that often goes inner shifts. I found my way to the calm through retreats, workshops, and relationships that supported me.
I found that archetypal symbols supported me in my connection to my own intuition, especially Tarot and oracle cards. They touched my subconscious and made messages clearer.
I knew that creating a sacred space to make it easier to hear my intuitive messages would help me and others.
